What should I pay attention to when storing my products?
For optimal shelf life of your products, we recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place and protect them from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excessive moisture.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The PAO (period after opening) symbol on all our products indicates the shelf life of the respective item after opening. This symbol shows an open jar with a number inside, for example 6M for a shelf life of 6 months. All of our products, with the exception of sunscreen items, have a shelf life of 6 months after opening, provided they are stored appropriately. Our sunscreen products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. When unopened, products have a shelf life of up to 36 months. How long will it take to use up a product?
Can I request product samples?
Yes, of course it is possible to request product samples. However, our contingent is limited, so we can only consider one product sample per request and interested party. If you are interested, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I use the products for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are specially formulated for more sensitive skin. Most are clinically approved for sensitive skin, and the rest have been certified as non-irritating in dermatological tests
How natural are the products?
Our brand defines itself as plant-based skin care enhanced by science. We believe that understanding natural resources provides a variety of highly effective ingredients that can protect and nourish the skin.
Do you perform animal testing?
All our ingredients and products have not been tested on animals. Furthermore, they are 100% vegan.
Where are the products manufactured?
The content of our products is manufactured in Switzerland without exception.
Are the products comedogen?
Keeping your skin healthy and solving skin problems is our mission. We only use carefully tested and best ingredients and benefit from the knowledge of Swiss specialists with more than 30 years of research and development.
Our skin care products are therefore non-comedogenic. Our lightweight formulations won't weigh down your skin or clog pores.
The touch of fragrances used does not contain any alcohol and is even ideal for highly sensitive skin. In addition, our products are hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested and rated very good by Dermatest. We deliberately refrain from adding essential oils.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for all orders within Germany we offer free shipping from a purchase value of 50 €.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information so you can track your order at any time.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
