Products
Can I use the products for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products are specially formulated for more sensitive skin. Most are clinically approved for sensitive skin, and the rest have been certified as non-irritating in dermatological tests
How natural are the products?
We combine the strength of plant-based ingredients with modern Swiss biotechnological research. Our formulations build on natural mechanisms, refined with scientific precision to support skin function, tolerance and long-term performance.
Biosynthetic actives are developed through controlled biotechnological processes, often inspired by plant structures. Their molecular composition is precisely defined and highly pure. This allows the skin to recognize and absorb them efficiently, supporting targeted activity while reducing potential allergen exposure.
Plant extracts remain an essential part of our formulations. At the same time, natural raw materials can contain accompanying substances that not every skin type tolerates equally well. Biotechnological refinement makes it possible to reduce or selectively exclude these components without compromising functionality or skin compatibility.
For preservation, we rely exclusively on mild systems that comply with the COSMOS standard. These include caprylhydroxamic acid, caprylyl glycol, pentylene glycol, sodium anisate and sodium benzoate. They maintain microbiological stability while respecting the integrity of the skin barrier.
More conventional preservation systems can be more irritating for sensitive skin or disrupt its balance. We deliberately avoid such ingredients.
For us, clean means scientifically grounded, transparent formulations made with ingredients we consider safe, well tolerated and functionally relevant — without compromising performance. Our products are also listed on Yuka, allowing an independent and transparent assessment of all ingredients used.

What should I pay attention to when storing my products?
For optimal shelf life of your products, we recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place and protect them from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excessive moisture.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The PAO (period after opening) symbol on all our products indicates the shelf life of the respective item after opening. This symbol shows an open jar with a number inside, for example 6M for a shelf life of 6 months. All of our products, with the exception of sunscreen items, have a shelf life of 6 months after opening, provided they are stored appropriately. Our sunscreen products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. When unopened, products have a shelf life of up to 36 months. How long will it take to use up a product?

How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information so you can track your order at any time.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@huut-care.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s) - we will then send you a replacement as soon as possible.
