The term "clean beauty" is neither protected nor precisely defined in the cosmetics industry. huut. is committed to the highest safety and quality and is unmatched in the industry. The products are 100% free of any questionable ingredients and are also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. We not only avoid PEGs, microplastics, silicones, parabens and dyes, but also hormonally active substances. For this reason we we do not use chemical UV filters, such as the frequently used ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate. Transparency is very important for us and we list all ingredients on our INCI list even if below 1% and therefore not required to be named by law. Our formulations are free from irritating oils or substances with allergy potential that could irritate the skin. For a luxurious skincare experience, we use a touch of natural fragrances that are both hypoallergenic and alcohol free.
WE CONSCIOUSLY AVOID THESE INGREDIENTS

Microplastic
With the term "polymer", you can assume that there is plastic in it.
Mineral oils
The processed petroleum in creams, lipsticks and oils is hidden behind many names - for example

Parabens
The most common parabens used are methyl and ethyl parabens. Butyl and propyl parabens are used less frequently. Isopropyl-, isobutyl-, phenyl- and pentylparaben, which are only used very rarely, are now largely dispensed with.
Other names for the controversial preservatives are hydroxybenzoic acid, hydroxybenzoate, oxybenzoic acid and oxybenzoate.
Paraffin-like-substances
- Hydrogenated Polyisobutene
- Hydrogenated Castor Oil (PEG-40)
PEG
All derivatives of polyethylene glycol are indicated with PEG and a number. The number indicates how many molecular units a substance consists of (e.g. PEG-8 etc.). In addition, look out for words ending in "-eth" (e.g. sodium laureth sulfate) in the ingredients. This indicates ethoxylated substances that have been produced on the basis of ethylene oxide.
Care substances
- Polyquaternium-10
Silicones
Silicones belong to the group of substances known as synthetic polymers. These polymers are plastics consisting of molecular chains in which oxygen and silicon atoms are linked together.
- Dimethicone
- Cyclomethicone
- Ingredients ending with -methicone or -siloxane
Synthetic Perfumes
- Benzyl Salicylate
Synthetic dyes
In most cases, they can be recognized by the color index number, which consists of the abbreviation 'CI' and a respective combination of numbers. Synthetic dyes must also be indicated with a CI number. Natural dyes have a CI between 75000 and 75999.
