WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN STORING MY PRODUCTS?

For optimal shelf life of your products, we recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excessive moisture.

HOW LONG WILL THE PRODUCTS SHELFLY?

On all our products, the PAO symbol (period after opening) indicates the shelf life of the product after opening. This is a symbol in the shape of an open crucible with a number inside, e.g. B. 6M for six months. All of our products, with the exception of our sunscreen products, have a shelf life of six months after opening provided they are stored correctly. Our sun protection products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. The products can be kept unopened for up to two years from the production date. If you notice an unusual smell or notice a color change, please contact us at support@huut-care.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO USE UP A PRODUCT?

Of course, this time span varies from product to product and from person to person. However, it typically takes about three months to finish a product that has become part of your daily routine.

CAN I REQUEST PRODUCT SAMPLES?

No, unfortunately we currently do not offer any samples or product samples. However, we are working on it. If you have any questions about the products or would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to help.

CAN I USE THE PRODUCTS EVEN IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes, our products are specially formulated for more sensitive skin. Most are clinically approved for sensitive skin and the remainder have been certified non-irritating in dermatological tests

HOW NATURAL ARE THE PRODUCTS?

Our brand defines itself as plant-based skincare enhanced by science. We believe that understanding natural resources provides a variety of highly effective ingredients that can protect and nourish the skin.

DO YOU USE ANIMAL TESTING?

All of our ingredients and products are not tested on animals. They are also 100% vegan.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

The content of our products is exclusively made in Switzerland.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, for all orders within Germany we offer free shipping from a purchase value of €50.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. After your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information so you can track your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@huut-care.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s) - we will then send you an appropriate replacement as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

I PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER, CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?
