WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN STORING MY PRODUCTS?

For an optimal shelf life of your products, we recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place and protect them from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excessive moisture.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCTS?

On all our products, the PAO (period after opening) symbol indicates the shelf life of the product after opening. This is a symbol in the form of an opened jar with a number inside, e.g. 6M for six months. All of our products, with the exception of our sunscreen products, have a shelf life of six months after opening, provided they are stored properly. Our sunscreen products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. If left unopened, products can be stored for up to two years from the date of production. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO USE UP A PRODUCT?

Of course, this time period varies from product to product and from person to person. As a rule, however, it takes about three months to use up a product that has become part of your daily routine.

CAN I REQUEST PRODUCT SAMPLES?

Yes, of course it is possible to request product samples. Nevertheless, our contingent is limited, so that we can only consider one product sample per request and interested individual. If you are interested, please contact us at support@huut-care.com.

CAN I USE THE PRODUCTS EVEN IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes, our products are specially formulated for more sensitive skin. Most are clinically approved for sensitive skin, and the rest have been certified as non-irritating in dermatological tests

HOW NATURAL ARE THE PRODUCTS?

Our brand defines itself as plant-based skin care enhanced by science. We believe that understanding natural resources provides a variety of highly effective ingredients that can protect and nourish the skin.

DO YOU PERFORM ANIMAL TESTING?

All our ingredients and products have not been tested on animals. Furthermore, they are 100% vegan.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

The content of our products is manufactured in Switzerland without exception.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, for all orders within Germany we offer free shipping from a purchase value of 50 €.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information so that you can track your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@huut-care.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s) - we will send you appropriate replacements as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

I BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, CAN I RETURN IT TO YOU?

If the product was not purchased through huut-care.com, we cannot process a return. However, please email us at support@huut-care.com should you have a specific question.
